Policy and FAQ's

Arrival of rental equipment:
Delivery and pick-up times are approximate. Driver may arrive as early as 8am on the “Specified Rental Date” to deliver equipment or as late as 9pm on the “Specified Rental Date” to pick-up equipment.

Delivery Area:
We will deliver to all of Okalooska County and selected nearby cities neighboring Okalooska County. Our delivery fees are very reasonable and include delivery of equipment, setup, and explanation of proper use, teardown, and pick-up. All deliveries to Fort Walton and Fort Walton Beach are free.

Rental Agreement / Safety Rules / Operating Instructions:
Our safety rules and operating instruction documents will be e-mailed or sent by mail once a reservation is made. Safety Rules and Operating Instructions must be read and signed by customer renting equipment. These documents may be signed and submitted prior to delivery or along with a signed agreement which can be given to the driver.

What is your rain / inclement weather policy?
There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event cancelled due to rain or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before we get to your location to set up. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving our warehouse. We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain or high wind that is not expected to let up, we cannot set up an inflatable.

What are your methods of payments?
Cash, Visa, Money Order; We do not accept personal checks!

What are the space requirements?
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than an 8 inch slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. We are NOT responsible for damage done to any irrigation systems.

What are the electrical requirements?
We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated. If using a generator refer to manufacturer’s guidelines.

Do you have insurance?
Yes. We carry Public Liability Insurance.

How is your equipment maintained and cleaned?
During setup, each unit is inspected by a Party Bus operator and also by renter for safety and to ensure proper operation. Each unit is cleaned and sanitized after every use.

Who provides the water for the water slides?
Party Bus does not supply the water for our water slides. We will provide a 30ft hose which can be used in conjunction with a water source. We ask our customers to please recognize the water needs to go somewhere when we take the equipment down.
